IT Specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Specialist to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan.




In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’ s IT systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and continuous improvement. If you are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you!




What you’ ll do:



• Manage and maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware


• Provide technical support, install new hardware and software on workstations, and ensure system functionality at all times


• Coordinate IT vendors for all technical areas (laptops, printers, internet connections, and networks), as well as for IT infrastructure improvement and enhancement projects


• Manage external providers, ensuring service quality and response times meet business requirements


• Manage employee accounts and access, ensuring security and operational efficiency


• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring efficient resource management


• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization


• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software to drive innovation and continuous improvement





What we’ re looking for:



• 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar roles


• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, IT security, network and system administration, databases, data storage systems, and phone systems


• Proven experience in IT improvement and optimization projects


• Good stakeholder and client management skills


• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field


• Fluency in Italian and English
