• Manage and coordinate all activities in responsible locations
• Defines and ensures the local IT strategy in accordance with Group IT and Group Sector IT
• Implements the approved IT strategy
• Defines the local requirements in strategic and operational planning: scope, quality, cost of services in the appropriate time frame
• Participates in the development of the technology and systems strategy, taking into account local conditions and local innovation potential
• Planning and control of the IT budget and costs, reporting to the CT Area IT Manager
• Ensure operation, support and maintenance of plant IT Infrastructure
• Supervise, manage and develop Local IT staff
• Active control of external vendors to ensure optimal on-premises service delivery
• support cultural harmonization
Qualifications
• University degree from Information Technology or related departments
• At least 3 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of English & Italian both for writing & speaking
• Ability to communicate IT subject matter to management and to visualize requirements within IT concepts
• To be experienced in implementing IT projects
• Experience with IT service, Windows, desktop management, LAN set up & operations
• Management skills
• Experience working with international teams
