Investment Reporting & Controlling Specialist

Sella Corporate &Investment Banking (CIB) is the business division of Sella Group specialized in corporate finance transactions, including M A advisory, corporate bond issuance, debt structuring, leveraged finance, corporate venture capital (CVC), and equity investments. Our portfolio counts over 60 investments, with more than 35 in venture capital, including Satispay, Qonto, Banxware, Volume, Smava, Smartpricing, among others.

We are looking for an Investment Reporting &Controlling Specialist with strong financial expertise and business acumen, and with previous experience in Admin Reporting, Portfolio &Financial Controlling to expand our team.

Main Responsibilities:

Admin &Reporting




• Registration and management of master data (e. g. , TT, 8-digit codes, account 14, etc. )


• Accounting transactions


• Processing of incoming and outgoing bank transfers


• Management, entry, and upload of data on internal dashboards and monthly regulatory reporting to the Bank of Italy


• Preparation of quarterly summary reports for the Group Secretariat and Auditors


• Monitoring of investments and portfolio performance


• Assistance in drafting the quarterly Group Portfolio Review


• Support in the preparation of presentations for the Risk Committee




Planning &Financial Controlling




• Support in the preparation of budget and forecast


• Assistance in quarterly valuations and Impairment Test




Project Management




• Management of CIB CVC and equity investments projects




Key Requirements:




• At least 3-4 years in similar roles within the investment sector


• Exceptional knowledge of MS Office Suite


• Proficiency in English – ideally improved through an educational/working experience abroad – and Italian is a must


• Outstanding university degree ( Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Engineering / similar subject from a Tier-1 university)
