RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Property & Facility Technical Support Advisor  to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the  Global Property & Facility Management  Division.


Mission


Support the Property & Facility Management from technical point of view


Key Accountabilities


Assist the Local Property & Facility Unit in any technical and maintenance activity related to Property & Facility Management. In particular, you will be involved in learning about the management of physical workspaces and all activities necessary to make the buildings operational, productive, and safe. You will be trained to support facility management in managing, organizing, and coordinating workspaces, including all services, commodities, and utilities that ensure the functionality and comfort required to meet company objectives. This includes learning about the maintenance of structures, buildings, equipment, and the protection of health and safety for workers. Finally, you will be trained in maintenance management through the use of specific software.  #LI-VB1


Education

Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Economics
