About the role: At the moment we are looking for an Internal sales Cloud Solutions in our Business Application Software team.
The person will work with our SaaS HR software solution vendor " Factorial" building excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
The internal Sales Specialist will be experienced in generating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a general conversation around a solution/product area; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
RESPONSABILITIES: - Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts - Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes - Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing" - Manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements - Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions - Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers - Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement - Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc. ) - Identifies project opportunities and engages with BD Ms if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required - Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required - Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E- Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS B Us) - Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities - Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
