As an NRM
Intern, you’ll support the team in analyzing business performance,
developing tools and insights, and contributing to the decision-making process
that drives profitable and sustainable growth.
What you´ll do


• Support analysis of sales,
pricing, promotions, and profitability


• Help build dashboards
and reports ( Excel, Power Query) for Sales, Shopper Marketing and
Marketing teams


• Contribute to pricing
and promo strategy evaluations and scenario analysis


• Assist in sharing
best practices and standardizing tools across categories and channels


• Collaborate with
different functions to learn how commercial and financial decisions come
together


What makes you a good fit


• Master’s degree
student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Management or
related fields


• Strong analytical
and problem-solving mindset


• Advanced knowledge
of Excel; familiarity with Power Query / Power Pivot is a
plus


• Curiosity,
collaboration, and a proactive attitude


• Fluent in English and Italian
