Thermon FATI is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Cusago.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial operations of the company and ensuring excellent service to our customers and partners. You report to the local Sales Manager and work closely with the external sales team. You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting all sales operations within Thermon FATI.
Your Key Responsibilities will be
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain an orderly system for sales documentation and customer records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Support the external sales team with data, reports, and customer insights
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with internal sales procedures and controls
• Provide support for marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
What You Bring
• 3– 5 years of relevant accounting experience in an international, industrial environment
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Fluency in both English and Italian
• Customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured, proactive approach
