At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for a Site Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN, in different locations (Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Campania and Puglia).Your role will encompass:Pre-condition site surveysInitial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager)Identification of local resources, materials, servicesAssist the HSE site manager with establishment and ongoing management of welfare and waste facilities, as well as plant hire (as required)Ongoing management of the on-site operationsEnsure correct implementation of electrical, civil and mechanical construction drawings by the main subcontractorSupervise subcontractors schedule and worksManage interferences between subcontractorsReport to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractorsQuantity and quality receipt of on-site materials from main equipment and local suppliersManage construction flow and timetableProvide technical support and guidance, solving on site problemsPreparation of daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and documentation for internal use and client requirementsEnsure compliance with QHSE proceduresManagement of site finishing works and demobilizationInterface with on site Client representativesWhat you bring to the role:BSc/MEng in electrical engineeringMSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is considered an advantageKnowledge of Electrical and/or civil and mechanical engineeringProven track record (minimum 5 years of working experience) in the construction of solar parks.Proven track record in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantageAbility to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential.Fluency in English and Italian is essentialHaving lived and/or worked in Italy is considered an advantageKnowledge of AUTOCADExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsYour Benefits:Attractive remuneration package Friendly and professional working environment Continuous training Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news We respect your personal data.
