Incoming Quality Control Engineer and Cleanliness

Position Overview
Responsible for verifying, measuring, and inspecting incoming product to ensure it meets the purchase order and Control Plan requirements.
Specialist in conducting Cleanliness Tests with incoming goods and finished products.
Job Requirements•   Mechanical Engineering or similar degree, but requisite experience will be considered.
•  1/2 years experience in similar role.
•   Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office.
•  IATF 16949 CSR knowledge.
•   Fluent in Italian in written and spoken.
•   Basic in English in written and spoken.
•   Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to write technical documents.

ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE
•   Automotive (manufacturing) experience, working directly for an Automotive OEM or Automotive Supplier.
•   Experience with IATF is an asset.


Job Responsibilities•   Conduct Incoming Quality Control based on Control Plan.
•   Maintain calibration of measurement tools at IQC and at the lines.
•   Conduct Cleanliness Tests with incoming goods and finished products.
•   Maintain the Cleanliness Equipment updated and certified.
•   Support SQE/SDE in Cleanliness culture development of the Suppliers.  
•   Maintain software tool for IQC and Cleanliness Lab.
•   Coordinate with SQE for NC.
•   Support to shift Leader for material issues detected at the lines.
•   Support in preparation and during IATF Audit.
•   Measure IQC and Cleanliness Lab KPI (defined by Plant Quality Manager) and implementing corrective actions.
•   Continuous improvement at the IQC and Cleanliness Lab.
