Your role and prospective:
Our Intelligent Consulting Hub professionals support local-based consulting teams, to deliver cutting-edge expertise and measurable value to Accenture clients all around the world.
Join a global network of more than 3,000+ professionals , providing specialized and strategic industry and functional consulting support from key locations in Asia Pacific, Europe, North America and Latin America . You will be working in a multinational environment, with the opportunity to implement challenging HR Digital Transformation programs for Clients operating in different sectors in Europe.
In particular, you will:
•
Design new HR processes based on customer requirements, conduct user review sessions, run stakeholder meetings and execute programs, manage plans and/or deliverables with entrepreneurship
•
Work in Human Resources field, with a focus on: Organization Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits.
•
Deliver end-to-end digital HR adoption by leveraging data to create personalized and segmented experiences for employees and customers
•
Manage discovery phase, define HR Business Cases and support Proof of Concept implementation and industrialization for HR
•
Implement digital enablement through HR Digital tools such as Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Service Now, etc: delivery of HR Transformation projects with focus on HR Digital tools adoption.

If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
•
From 2 to 6+ years’ experience related to successful delivery of Digital HR Transformation and Software implementation projects;
•
Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Organization Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits;
•
Knowledge of Software such as Service Now, Oracle HCM, Success Factors, Workday, Eightfold Certifications or similar;
•
Master of Science degree and Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and preferably good level of another other foreign language e. g. German, French, Spanish or Portuguese. Italian language required (min. B2)
•
Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
