Position
Supporting the Regional HR Manager, this role acts as a point of reference for the various companies and collaborates in managing key HR aspects such as recruitment, training, employee development, performance management, and corporate culture. This role is crucial in supporting the organization in achieving its business goals by combining a solid understanding of the business with human resources expertise.
Main Responsibilities
• Supports local managers in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes – from defining the profiles to be hired and identifying recruitment channels to actively participating in candidate sourcing.
• Assists local managers in developing skills and training plans to attract and retain talent.
• Supports local managers in the implementation and monitoring of MBO incentive plans and in managing compensation processes.
• Collaborates on and implements Group-wide projects, promoting the integration and dissemination of Group Culture across different entities.
• Assists in preparing specific local reports.
Requirements
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within structured multinational companies.
Strong influencing and listening skills.
Data analysis capabilities.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.
