Job Description Your Challenge For LS&E Water & Membrane Solutions business unit, at Fano (PU) Plant, we look for you: a passionate HR Business Partner, responsible to deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions, that support the business area, in line with specialist HR functions / Corporate Centers (CC).
As HRBP, you will develop, manage, coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities.
You will enable the achievement of business objectives by implementing qualified people management in the plant.
Advise and support the local Management Team, providing service in the area of HR policies Ensure that all Employee lify-cicle is properly handled Ensure the compliance of HR activities with legal, tax and social security, relevant labour law and labour security issues Initiate, actively drive and support employee and organizational change management Prepare the short-, mid- and long-term plans for local HR activities Represent M+H in HR topics in front of labour or other public authorities Plan, implement and control the cost budget; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations Your Profile Education: University degree in associated disciplines such as Business Sciences; Organizational Management; Psychology/ Social Sciences as well legal background Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable role, better in a manufacturing plant Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels.
Ability to execute with a great achievement orientation and an outstanding customer focus Preferred Skills: Empathy, analytical thinking, organization awareness, flexibility Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken), Italian as native speaker level mandatory IT Skills: T&A tools familiar, Success Factor, HR SAP, forecasting tool, MS Office Are you full of ideas?
