We’ re hiring Guest Management Coordinators to support a major event in Milan in early September 2025. This is a freelance onsite role ideal for professionals with a background in hospitality or event management who are confident, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.



Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and manage guests, including VI Ps, with professionalism and warmth Oversee guest check-in, seating, and overall flow Coordinate with registration, security, and operations teams Handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently Ensure a smooth and memorable experience for all attendees



Ideal Profile:

Background in hospitality, events, or guest relations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English ( Italian is a strong advantage) Quick on your feet and solutions-oriented Based in Milan or able to work onsite during the event period
