For a new business line we are looking for a BU Rheumatology Nutrition The person will be responsible to:
• Drive the strategy for the new business line and lead product launch successfully with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs Teams.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HC Ps), patient associations and other stakeholder.
• Manage marketing and sales initiatives in the direct market.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate, with a bachelor’s degree preferably in CTF, Nutrition’s or Chemicals, at least 6-8 years of previous experience in of Sales & Marketing roles in food supplements, nutrition’s, or consumer healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is passionate, proactive to create, drive and improving business daily and able to adapt to changes and complexity, as well as communicate and collaborate effectively with all company stakeholders. His/her leadership style is characterized by business-oriented and start-up mentality, people management, to earn credibility with teams to define and execute business strategies with ambitious goals.
He/ She should have managed people and driving different functions, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
Fluency in Italian, English, German could be a plus.
