How you’ll live your ambition:
As the Head of Business Intelligence and Activation Planning, you’ll lead the development of data-driven commercial strategies, defining how marketing and sales activities are planned and executed across source markets. Your insights will be the compass guiding revenue, customer engagement, and channel performance.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Revenue Management, and Commercial Planning to ensure activation plans are tailored to local market dynamics, and supported by robust analysis and business intelligence.
Demonstrate your passion
• You will conduct in-depth analysis of key commercial data including revenue trends, marketing performance, customer behavior and sales channel metrics, identifying strategic patterns and uncovering growth opportunities.
• You’ll lead ad-hoc studies to uncover vertical dimensions and improve market segmentation.
• You’ll design comprehensive commercial activation plans, translating complex insights into clear, actionable initiatives.
• You’ll orchestrate the implementation of these plans with international commercial and revenue teams, ensuring cohesion and effectiveness.
• You’ll develop internal KP Is to track performance and guide continuous optimization.
• You’ll be the voice of insight, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• You’ll champion innovation and improvement in all BI and activation methodologies.

• You’ll ensure data integrity and consistency across global and local systems, adapting strategies to unique market contexts.
• You’ll monitor and report KP Is to track success and uncover refinements.
• You’ll guide decision-making through clear interpretation of analysis and planning models.
• You’ll drive collaboration and strategic alignment across functions, helping the entire commercial machine run more effectively.
What makes you unique:
• You have gained at least six years of experience in Business Intelligence, commercial planning, or marketing analytics, with a background in strategic consultancy considered a valuable asset, and you hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Your analytical thinking and storytelling are second to none, bridging logic with creativity.
• You’re fluent with tools like Excel, Power BI, and other platforms that fuel smart decision-making.
• You thrive in cross-functional teams, influencing outcomes and inspiring confidence.
• Your mindset is both strategic and entrepreneurial, ready to challenge norms and build new solutions.
