We are currently looking for a Hardware Design Engineer for Avionic application to support one of our prestigious projects in Roma. The resource will design, develop and integrate Hardware Modules to be installed in embedded avionic equipments.
Role Overview:
• Design of Hardware Modules: I/O Modules, Single Board Computers
• Bring up and Integration of Hardware Modules
• System Integration and Testing
• Writing of Technical Specifications
Requirements for holding the position:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in the role
• Knowledge of CAE Tools ( Altium, Orcad) or equivalent
• Knowledge of Hardware Architectures based on nodal Bus ( VME, PCI Express, VPX, SPI …)
• Knowledge of Microprocessor Architecture
• Knowledge of both English and Italian (written and spoken).
Desiderata
• Knowledge of Avionic Bus : MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429
• Knowledge of Serial Line Interface RS-485, HDLC.

3. In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.
