About Us
At Carel Industries, we are shaping the future of our global supply chain through operational excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Group Planning Analyst Intern to join our Group Planning team.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, working alongside experienced professionals that directly impact business performance.
Your mission
As a Group Planning Intern, you will support the Group Planning team in providing analytical insights, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of planning processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional contributing to performance tracking, process optimization, and digital transformation within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with local demand planners to maintain and improve demand forecasts through data collection, analysis, and forecast accuracy monitoring.
• Perform demand and portfolio analysis at item and location level, identifying key trends and opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize planning parameters across systems to improve process efficiency.
• Support the development and automation of dashboards to monitor key material planning KP Is.
• Monitor inventory levels to anticipate and address potential supply constraints or stock issues at group level.
• Prepare reports and data analyses to support decision-making within the Group Planning department.
• Generate regular inventory performance reports and provide insights to local organizations on stock levels, turnover rates, and other key KP Is.

Qualifications, Knowledges
• Currently pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field;
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel;
• A positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English;
