Global HR Talent Internship | Milan For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global HR Talent Team, supporting on Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Development and Learning.
You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end.
Numbers, technology, and analytics will be your other companions as you will work on Talent Acquisition processes and platforms. Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day . You’ll be in charge of: Supporting EB activities devising and managing initiatives to make Amplifon Employer of Choice for specific population targets Working with colleagues in different areas to “activate” global initiatives to meet country-specific needs Analyzing recruiting target population and personas Reviewing EB platforms and channels through metrics related to relevant population targets Support for the definition and organization of learning programs Building comprehensive reporting and KP Is to support team activities You are the right person if you: You are a recent graduate or in pursuit of a Master's degree.
You are comfortable in an international environment where English is required on a daily basis.
You like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.
You see yourself as a “digital native” comfortable with using social media and common tools like Power Point and Excel; You are open to learning and take real decisions based on data and analysis.

Full time experience, Monday to Friday from am to pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!). Smartworking? YES!
