We're looking for a new Global Brand Trainee who will support the Brand Manager by assisting with brand projects, coordinating communications and events, handling market data analysis. The main goal is raising the brand awareness globally. Global Brand team uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to attract customers and prospects. As a trainee, you'll be closely involved in supporting these activities.
Responsabilities:
• Support the Brand Manager in the development and execution of brand strategy, equity-building initiatives, and brand performance tracking (P L).
• Assist in the preparation of brand plans and guidelines to support profitable growth, in coordination with the Trade Marketing team.
• Help organize and implement brand communication and activation activities (e. g. promotions, sponsorships), in collaboration with agencies and partners.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for brand growth or cost optimization through data analysis and benchmarking.
• Support the brand planning process by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams (sales, finance, supply chain).
• Help collect and share sell-in, sell-out, consumer and financial data (e. g. via Circana-IRI) with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in providing clear and timely updates and reports to management.
Requirements:
• Academic background in Marketing, Economics, or related fields. A focus or interest in the spirits and/or luxury sectors is a plus
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid foundation in Excel and familiarity with basic analytical tools.
• Data-driven mindset and strong willingness to develop analytical skills further.
• A curious and detail-oriented attitude, ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
