German-Speaking Sales Executive | Hybrid in Barcelona with Relocation

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing sales team in Barcelona, working on an international digital marketing project for one of the world’ s leading platforms.

Your Responsibilities Engage with small and medium-sized businesses in the German market, providing strategic advertising solutions Understand client needs and offer tailored recommendations to help them achieve their marketing goals Develop and maintain strong client relationships Manage a portfolio of existing and new accounts Work towards individual and team sales targets within a structured, fast-paced environment What We Expect from You C2 or C1 proficiency in German Strong command of English Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting Interest in digital marketing, technology, and supporting businesses through online platforms Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent experience preferred What We Offer Permanent, full-time contract (39 hours per week) Hybrid working model based in Barcelona Base salary: Over € 24K gross per year Bonus structure Comprehensive relocation support and private health insurance Initial paid training and ongoing development in sales and digital marketing Career progression Engaging and inclusive workplace culture with regular team events and incentive programs Next Steps If you are ready to advance your career, develop your sales skills, and work for a leading global project in digital marketing, we would love to hear from you.
