You will become part of the Tetra Pak’s Customer Service team that is globally responsible for processes such as Design Management, Order Management, Invoicing, Customer Documentations and Tetra Pak Digital Platforms.
As our new Future Talent – Customer Service Expert you will:
• Be part of the CSD ( Customer Service Design) team that interacts & supports markets with the execution of Customer Service processes.
• Leading ad hoc tasks to support CSD processes implementation and continuous improvement across the organization
• Support and participate in ad hoc projects for CSD processesÂ
• Support different CSD networks in the markets.
• Support the team to address the needs and requirements of the markets to continuously drive and improve common ways of working across Markets and processes.
• Support the CSD team with the implementation of new projects & improved ways of working and tools.

• You have a Masters Degree in Business Administration/ Engineering or relevant ( Graduated 2024-2025)
• prior internship in sales, marketing or communication environment would be considered an advantage
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Â
• You have good communications skills, written and spoken
• You are a dynamic person able to build successful relations with stakeholders from different cultures
• You have analytical skills but also business oriented
• Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
