You will be the curator of our guest journey, an essential member of the Front Office team, devoted to crafting refined, memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive. You will embody care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, bringing elegance and warmth to every interaction.
Working closely with guests throughout their stay, you will anticipate their needs, uncover their preferences, and create personalised moments that reflect the spirit of Belmond.
Responsibilities:
• Fulfil Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
• Responsible for cash accounting, including the payment of guest bills.
• Communicate all relevant guest and group activity to the appropriate internal parties.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle guests’ complaints professionally.
• Ensure that all relevant communications are processed correctly.
• Ensure that all guest details are accurately collected.
• Run End of Day processes and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks.
• Run daily reports.
• Run monthly reports.
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is a plus.
• Professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Adaptable and flexible.
