We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader who can inspire teams, elevate service standards, and drive F&B performance across multiple outlets—while creating memorable moments for every guest, whether they’re here for a weekend escape, a corporate retreat, or a once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
About the position
• Lead daily F&B operations across diverse outlets, ensuring smooth, high-quality service at all times.
• Motivate, mentor, and develop a talented front-of-house and service team to deliver excellence in every guest interaction.
• Oversee food and beverage service for a variety of experiences, from casual dining to private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
• Design and implement operational strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and outstanding guest satisfaction in a hybrid accommodation environment.
• Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing, precise inventory control, and efficient budget management.
• Act as the main point of contact for event clients, tailoring F&B offerings to meet unique requirements.
• Guarantee full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to innovate menus and services that delight hotel guests, extended-stay residents, and local community visitors.
What you bring
• Proven managerial experience in F&B within hotels, extended-stay properties, or community-driven hospitality venues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuously improving services.
