Job Overview: The Food &, Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring that service standards are consistently met and guests have an outstanding dining experience.
You will lead and inspire a team of food and beverage staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth operations in all food service areas.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of all hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring high service standards are met at all times.
Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team, ensuring staff are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure growth and job satisfaction.
Oversee the preparation, setup, and service of food and beverages, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all food service areas, in line with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained for food and beverage items.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving for prompt resolution.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hotel policies, including cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Assist with budgeting and cost control measures to maintain the financial performance of food and beverage outlets.
Create and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions in the food and beverage department.
