All’interno del Team di Financial Accounting in Area Finance, supporta il Finance Control Officer nella gestione ed esecuzione delle attività SOX ( Sarbanes- Oxley) previste da ING in tutte le sue fasi. Il/la Finance Internal Control Stageur supporterà l’implementazione del sistema di controlli interni alla Banca volto a mitigare il Rischio di registrazioni contabili non veritiere / corrette e/o il Rischio di frodi.
Key Responsibilities
A supporto del Finance Control Officer:
• Supporto nella gestione ed esecuzione delle attività SOX previste da ING in tutte le sue fasi (scoping, revisione dei processi, testing, reporting);
• Supporto nella valutazione del sistema di controlli interni sviluppati per SOX, per i diversi framework in scope;
• Supporto nella revisione e analisi dei rischi relativi ai processi in perimetro (es. Collaborazione nella fase di Risk Assessment);
• Assistenza nella definizione della documentazione prevista per i controlli e processi in perimetro (es. Partecipazione ai Walk-through Meeting e aggiornamento delle Minute, attività trasversale su tutti i processi in scope SOX);
• Assistenza nella preparazione della fase di testing e della successiva fase di monitoraggio dei risultati;
• Assistenza nelle attività operative (es. trasmissione testing results); Assistenza nella preparazione della reportistica SOX;
• Supporto operativo mediante la piattaforma informatica locale utilizzata per le attività SOX:
- Aggiornamento di processi e controlli in perimetro;
- Estrazione di dati;
- Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento del testing SOX;
- Aggiornamento dei risultati del testing
Educational Qualifications
• Laurea in Economia, Finance o affini.
• Periodi di studio in contesti internazionali sono considerati un plus.
Technical, Language and other Specialized Skills
• Inglese: livello ottimo, scritto e parlato
• Ottima Conoscenza base del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel oltre che Word e PowerpointÂ
• Capacità analitiche;
• Attitudine al lavoro di team e al problem solving.
