Descrizione del lavoro: General Purpose: The Field Service Engineer/ Assembly Technician will work in our manufacturing facility in Parma, Italy.
This position requires experience in the mechanical assembly, setup and service of high-speed machinery (can seamers) at our factory in Parma and at various customer sites all over the world.
Responsibilities: Excellent knowledge in Can Seaming and Closing will be a plus To interact with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customers, Sales, and Project Management To have a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
To work with customers/ End Users and to be able to analyze and solve their issues with seamers and can closing To train customers in the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of their machines along with specifying and identifying spare parts recommendations to customers Ability to be self-directed/motivated and excellent time management skills are required To write technical reports and to fill up work sheets for all service visits To build long term relationships with clients and to recommend End Users the benefits to setup service contracts for periodic maintenance/overhauls Minimum Qualifications Technical High School Diploma or equivalent Good verbal and written communications skills Capacity to work in team Working knowledge of computer programs as well as mobile phone apps Experience At least 3 years experience in Can Seamers assembly or service Knowledge of can making process or beverage/food filling is a plus Knowledge / Skills & Ability Must be able to read, write, and speak English, Italian, other languages a plus Approximately 50% domestic and international travel is required Must hold a valid Passport and driving licensePLEASE SUBMIT CV’S IN ENGLISH/ITALIAN#LI-NB1 Company: Pneumatic Scale Angelus
