JOB DESCRIPTION Join Ecolab’s Supply Chain team as Export Logistics Specialist in Settimo di Pescantina and help make the world cleaner, safer and healthier.

What’s in it For You: The opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best What You Will Do: Conducting all foreign trade operations in accordance with Customs, ADR, Ecolab legislations and all national/international legal regulations Managing the international transportation operation according to price-performance, service quality and safety criteria Following up the changes in customs legislation and inform the related parties Prioritizing the products to be imported aligning with Planning, Finance and Sales divisions Tracking goods in transit, missing or damaged products Pre-exit control of import shipments, informing the carrier Arrangement, follow-up and delivery of all documents related to downloads Sending arrival notifications to the Customs and checking the warehouse / declaration process Calculation and follow-up of payments to be made to suppliers and customs Receiving export orders, informing related units for supply, credit check order approval process Consolidation of export orders according to quantity, IMCO hazard class, etc.
Transferring the relevant documents ( Invoice, GCB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis) and information ( Origin, GTIP, reservation confirmation, bank information) to the relevant parties Printing the shipments of the relevant export order, creating the e-export invoice Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
