Odoo is looking for one highly motivated and proactive Event Specialist to manage the organization of Odoo Business Shows, Odoo Academy training sessions, trade shows and other locally-led events in Italy
As an Event Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our events!

Responsibilities
What the job looks like
• Managing all logistical aspects, including venue booking and contract negotiations;
• Collaborating closely with sales teams, providing training to prepare them as event presenters;
• Creating and managing event pages while handling promotions through email marketing and social media;
• Engaging with sponsors and ensuring strong partnerships for successful events;
This position is both creative and rigorous, by nature you need to think outside the box. To be successful, you will have solid organisational skills and a good knowledge of our innovative software.
MUST HAVE
• At least 2 years of experience in event management
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) - both written and spoken
• Ability to work autonomously but also in team
• Creative
• Solution-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt easily to a fast-changing environment
NICE TO HAVE
• Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event or communication)
• Business mindset: attention to detail, curious, rigorous
• Experience in webinar and online events organization
• Experience using Meta Business Suite
• Interest or previous experience in the software-IT industry
