Project leadershipB Us coordination, making a bridge on: Innnovation Projects, Mktg activities, Packaging and communication declinations, and all operative matters between HQ and European B Us Innovation Analyse food trends, consumer understanding, market data and manage cross-market innovation researches, concept and product test (both quali and quanti); Hunt new ideas and Business solution in coherence with the Brand strategy; Translate New Product Development into product strategy (1-3years), transforming each industrial or R amp; D innovation into a consumer success; Lead central cross-functional team into innovation flow Roll out Plan and Marketing Activity Plan Support B Us to develop impactful customer presentations Support B Us to develop marketing activities to speed Awareness/trial or to create frequency/ Repurchase Business Mastering Sellin Analysis Budget monitoring
REQUIRED:
Strong experience in Projects management (think x objectives, define priorities, establish strong relationship with functions, coordinate countries, lead timing… ) Strong Leadership and Relation skill Good Experience in communication leading process, media plan and consumer activity Good Presentation skills Experience in packaging management Proactivity, Creativity and open minded Good Analytical and Financial skills Fluent English. French and Deutchland as a plus5 years in MKTG management Experience in FMCG is a must.
