The successful candidate will join our multi-discipline and cross-national team supporting in the development of projects in renewables sector.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
As an entry-level engineer, you’ll handle routine tasks that apply established engineering principles and contribute to parts of larger assignments using prescribed methods. Your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, supporting the development of designs, reports, and studies, and performing basic calculations, simulations, and preliminary analyses under guidance.
You'll also use computer tools as directed and assist in preparing material requisitions, specifications, and related documents. Collaboration with technical staff is essential, as is helping track project status and verifying project control documents. This role offers valuable hands-on experience and a solid foundation for professional growth in a team-based environment.
WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?
We are looking for a motivated engineering professional with at least four years of experience, ideally in the renewable energy sector. The right candidate should have a solid understanding of regulatory codes, design criteria, and standards for technologies like PV, AgroPV, and onshore wind. Familiarity with BESS and offshore wind is a plus. Experience with project authorization and construction phases in Italy—including constraint analysis and Environmental Impact Assessments—is essential. A degree in Environmental Engineering and proficiency with tools such as HEC-RAS, AutoCAD, GIS, and BIM are required.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow both technically and professionally. You should be able to deliver quality work within scope, schedule, and budget while being open to guidance from senior engineers. Strong communication, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take on varied tasks are important. You'll be expected to contribute to team efforts, develop technical writing skills, and build a network within the business. A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage your workload effectively are key to success in this position.
Lastly, being able to converse in Italian and English is essential.
