Energy Yield Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Yield Engineer to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the  Power Engineering and Renewables  Division.


Mission


The role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile international projects, delivering engineering and consulting services in solar, wind, and battery storage. #LI-VB1 


Key Accountabilities



• Execution of producibility studies, technology selection, feasibility studies / preliminary design of PV/wind/BESS systems and sizing of the main components



• Analysis of contractual documentation, environmental studies, authorizations, health and safety reports, grid connection technical documentation



• Conducting site visits/joining Senior Consultants on site visit inspections and supporting the production of relevant reports



• Project management activities, proactive communication with customers and interfacing with the internal team and stakeholders to meet customer needs



• Support in the preparation of proposals



Education


Master’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications



• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline



• Up to 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally in solar photovoltaic and/or wind power



• Prior experience in consulting, either through work or internships, is an advantage



• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian



• Strong English skills, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders
