1) Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Milan store. If you enjoy working for a brand that creates magical shopping experiences filled with color, and style, and love being part of a great team, this role is for you.

Requirements:

* Fluency in Italian (additional languages are a plus).

* Previous experience in premium or luxury retail environments.

* Strong skills in personalized customer service.

* Attention to detail and a deep understanding of brand values.

* Inventory management and product knowledge.

2) Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Milan store. If you have experience in retail management, excel at coordinating daily operations, managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, and achieving ambitious targets, we’ d love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of the brand.

We value:

* Previous experience managing premium or luxury retail stores.

* Expertise in personalized client service and customer relationship management.

* Strong understanding of brand identity and values.

* Attention to detail in store presentation and operations.
