Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) sets the standard for cleanroom contamination monitoring.
With more than 60 patents, we create the technology that enables our customers to make fact-based decisions, improve process yields and comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements.
EMEA FMS Installation and support engineer The candidate be part of the EMEA FMS installation and validation teams.
This person will provide mainly support to customers in their specific needs.
He/she will have the chance to collaborate also with other departments of the organization. The main task of the positions are: Hardware configuration, calibration and installation activities, to perform in the office laboratory and on customer site.
URS understanding, risk assessment, traceability matrix, specification and validation document creation.
Software installation and customization.
System integration into customer’s domain.
Project management activities according to PMI best practices.
Validation of FMS Projects both remotely and on field.
Technical support for customers: maintenance, troubleshooting and reporting, both remotely and on field.
Demo and training to customers.
Work in proactive way with SW Support Dept and Marketing Dept, also suggesting product improvement, to make sure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Calibration Dept in order to support scheduled activities both in office and on site during high peak workload .
Relevant Education and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineer or Computer Science, equivalent technical training with 5+ years relevant work experience if graduated at the “ Istituto Tecnico Industriale". 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of IT networking, Virtual Machine creation and configuration, VNC, Dame Ware, V Mware, v Sphere, Hyper-V, Domain Controller, Domain Policies, Domain integration, Power Shell scripting, CAD, Team Viewer, Office365.
Availability for business trips in Italy and abroad is required.
A good knowledge of the English language, written and oral is required, German/ French language will represent a plus.
Willingness to travel 30%.
