Responsibilities:
• Carry out routine and extraordinary maintenance activities to ensure the efficiency of production and auxiliary systems.
• Commission new equipment and directly address breakdowns, identifying solutions with minimal impact on production continuity.
• Perform repair, maintenance (routine and extraordinary), and adjustments to mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment, based on blueprints, procedures, or operational instructions.
• Compile statistics on extraordinary maintenance interventions to improve preventive maintenance processes.
• Complete documentation, either paper-based or digital, related to interventions carried out on machinery and systems.
• Participate in training activities related to maintenance tasks.
• Report any discrepancies between planned and actual maintenance times to the manager.
• Notify the manager about waste or supply needs for maintenance-related consumables.
• Assist production personnel when they perform minor routine maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Technical Diploma in similar fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Understanding of technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electronics.
• Flexibility
