creating the requirements for new and current products in order to permit the design and the validation of the electrical hardware and control software of the combine harvesterÂ
providing embedded software solutions (C/C++ or model-based) to ensure superior performance, durability, reliability and qualityÂ
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of combine harvesting equipment including the setup, operation and data analysis capabilities.
Your Impact
•
Create System Detailed Design Specifications and Interface Control Specifications for functional systemsÂ
•
Requirements specification design reviews, risk analysis, and system DFME As. Coordination of Safety Reviews ( Systems) according the ISO25119Â
•
Define and validate the integration of internal and external supplier' components into harvesting equipmentÂ
•
Specify required sensors and or develop sensors with internal and external suppliers. Interface to the electrical and mechanical design teams to define required interfaces and requirementsÂ
•
Develops and maintains machine control software and GUI application based on C/C++ and model-based code. Assist testers engineers or another department (eg. production) with problem analysis and resolutions.
Your Experience and Qualifications
•
Knowledgeable about machinery, automotive, aviation, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Experience with defining software and hardware interfacesÂ
•
Knowledge of CAN Bus communication for agricultural machinery (e. g. ISO11789, SAE J1939)Â
•
Knowledge of Safety Standards for machinery (e. g. ISO12100, ISO25119). Experience on using a software version control tool (e. g. SVN, Git Hub). Experience on using an Application Lifecycle Management tool (e. g Polarion). Experience in a structured development environment. Experience with Vector CA Noe or CA Nalyzer. Experience with developing real-time embedded machine control software using C and C++. Experience with Object Oriented software development. Â
•
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical/ Electronics, Mechanical or Agricultural EngineeringÂ
•
2-year experience in development or validation of off road or agricultural equipment, automotive and aircraft.
