Editorial Content Manager
Your Mission
Within the Brand Communication Dept, you will lead the creation of a ° Global editorial content strategy across consumer-facing touch points, on and offline, keeping in mind brand strategy, specific channel needs and KP Is.
With a strong focus on storytelling, high quality and consistency, you will manage the whole editorial content production process through close collaboration with internal hub functions ( Communication, Marketing, Media, Brand Creation, Visual Merchandising, Digital Department, CRM) and external vendors.
How will you make an impact
• With the Brand Communication Director, define the Brand editorial identity of the Maison
• Develop, implement and manage the overall editorial content strategy in alignment with the brand positioning and communication strategy
• Curate high-quality, engaging and relevant written content for different communication touchpoints, with a specific focus on social media, advertising, websites, newsletters and in-store communication to elevate brand storytelling power
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s verbal identity, ensuring all brand assets are consistently applied across multiple communication channels
• Work with external copywriters to ensure outsourced projects are on-brand in terms of tone of voice
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape; use insights from research to inform brand and content strategies
• Design and envision the best customer journey across the different communication touchpoints
• Act as a gatekeeper of the right editorial brand expression
• Develop relevant messages and creative assets needed for different layouts and platforms
• Contribute to marketing briefs by envisioning what will be needed to develop a cross-channel effective editorial strategy
How will you experience success
• 5 years’ experience in the role or similar position
• Exceptional consolidated copywriting skills - writing, editing, and proofreading
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
• Strong intellectual curiosity translated into a strategic thinking and ability to craft editorial captivating contents
• Customer-oriented approach
• Rigorous and solution-oriented problem solving, combined with capability of thinking through complex situations
• Advanced soft skills in facing different stakeholders (from C-level to middle management)
• Knowledge about SEO & Content Optimization would be a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
