DODO Global VM & Trade Marketing Manager (Fixed-term contract)

Your opportunity:

You will join the Dodo Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising team based in Milan leading the development and execution of Trade Marketing plans in order to implement a strong expansion strategy of Dodo WW through brand visibility and focusing on visual merchandising activities. You will lead a team of 3 people.

How you will contribute:

Gift


•
Lead the team in researching and contacting the suppliers which suits more with Dodo principles and concept and then develop all the aspects for every single gift: storytelling, use of materials, personalization etc.



•
Supervising of the production to deliver all the materials on the scheduled time.

Adaptation of advertising campaign assets on different store formats



•
Work with graphic, communication, digital/adv and creative departments to develop projects to guarantee in-store brand visibility.


BTL & Packaging


•
Development & Management of new BTL materials



•
Guidelines creation and update adding new details/picture



•
Supervising of the production to deliver all the materials on the scheduled time


Special projects & activations


•
Developing of all Sales and Clienteling requests for the in-store activations and small events with the Brand Team.



•
Suppliers contact in order to develop the requests



•
Supervising of the production to deliver all the materials on the scheduled time



•
Conceive solutions for the development of POP materials for both channels.


Who you are:


•
Graduated in Business/ Visual Arts/ Design/ Architecture or similar



•
At least 3 years of experience



•
Agile with Office pack (mostly excel), Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad and a 3D program ( Rhino or similar)



•
Positive and proactive, with proven organizational and time management skills



•
Able to collaborate effectively across teams with effective communication skills at all levels of the organization



•
Spirit of initiative and curiosity for fashion trends; creative abilities, eye for details



•
Willing to travel



•
Fluent in English and Italian, more languages would be a plus
