We are currently looking for a Do Do WW CRM & Client Development Manager responsible for creating the CRM global strategy in order to maximize business through client engagement opportunities.
How you will contribute
CRM
•
Contribute to the Retail and E-commerce business growth through tactical activities aimed at boosting clients’ recruiting, improving retention and reactivation
•
Support and enhance a Company Customer-centric culture
•
Define the RFM segmentation and clients clustering rules
•
Ensure that guidelines on data collection and data quality are well implemented in the Regions
•
Oversee CRM systems in partnership with IT (upgrade of the existing functionalities and release of new features)
•
Set and monitor Customer Engagement KPIS
•
Liase with sales team in order to create customized action plans according to the global strategy and regional opportunities
•
Propose and monitor insights of client engagement campaigns through online & offline performance
•
Develop and forecast budgets in order to sustain Client Development strategy and roadmap
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
•
Build & maintain an healthy and loyal database, by contributing as insights expert to a deeper client knowledge and targeted customer journeys
•
Define the NL, OTM, and OTO strategy targeting different clients’ segment collaborating with Brand, Sales Merchandising and Sales team
•
Propose corporate clienteling practices, to be implemented locally, to accelerate recruitment, loyalty and elevation
•
Propose the main clienteling experiences format, in collaboration with Corporate Event, Trade & Marketing Teams and sales marketing team
TRAINING
•
In partnership with Training Manager, propose training calendar and content to improve in-store clienteling skills
Who you are
•
Graduated in Marketing, Business Administration with 5 years of experience in a leading role, gained in international companies
•
Passionate by luxury and client engagement matter
•
Agile with Salesforce, BI or other CRM & analytical systems
•
Positive and proactive, with proven organizational and time management skills
•
Able to collaborate effectively across teams with effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
•
Fluent in English and Italian, more languages would be a plus
