We're now looking for a colleague for our team in Bologna, Italy as a EMEA Senior Director IT Solutions Product Management.
Job Overview: You will manage the EMEA regional product management for Racks, Aisle Containment, Smart Rows, and Smart Aisle and steward the overall IT Solution business in EMEA to drive short and medium-term competitiveness in terms of value, features, cost, and price to ensure growth of revenue and margin.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute Product Launches:
Work closely with global Product Segment teams to coordinate product launches, ensuring that the product management team is well-prepared and that product launches are executed flawlessly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure a successful product launch.
Work with Technical Sales and Academy to create and deliver tailored training material to the Sales teams for the focused market segment.
In-region Product Life Cycle execution with Phase-in and Phase-out management:
Define EMEA marketing plan for Thermal and AC Power in collaboration with marketing.
Oversees and manages market offering positioning, and outbound marketing content for Thermal and AC Power.
Ensure competitive Lead time and contribute to inventory management optimization:
Review backlog and pipeline by product line, align SIOP, identify risk for sales plan and opportunity for book and ship.
Oversee initiatives to drive inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and minimize costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demands.
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and optimize inventory turnover.
Work with regions to optimize product sourcing across Europe Middle East and Africa
Implement Pricing Commercial Policies:
Develop and implement pricing policies that ensure our products are priced competitively while driving profitability and margin targets.
Guide the team in executing pricing strategies and monitoring market trends to optimize product pricing.
Responsible for market strategy and value proposition, differentiated offering, and delivering the right product at the right gross margin through the right Sales channels and market segment.
Approve Special discount requests either directly or within the team
Implement management standards, develop, and enforce processes, procedures, and consistency across ways of working including periodic updates for orders and sales plans forecast and pipeline, margin, and manufacturing plans.
Day-to-day people management responsibilities: performance management, increasing team collaboration and communication, fostering team engagement.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
At least 15 years of product marketing leadership experience with increasing managerial responsibilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to product introductions.
Proven growth enablement track record
Language skills: fluent English written, and verbal required.
Excellent IT skills ( Word/ Excel/ Power Point) and Customer/ Sales orientation
Experience working in large, multi-national corporations; Strong business acumen.
Successful track record of growing market share in multiple product segments through diverse channels.
Proficiency with financial modeling, and analysis of product programs.
Deep market knowledge/expertise across assigned Lines of Business, including VoC.
