ROLE OVERVIEW
Off- White is seeking a Womenswear Director to lead the strategic, merchandising, development and creative direction of its womenswear category. This leadership role oversees the full end-to-end process— managing the Style Office, Product Development and Merchandising teams — ensuring brand coherence, innovation, and commercial success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising amp; Business Strategy
Drive Merchandising strategy to analyze past collection performances, markets amp; business trends and define seasonal Collection plans (quantitative amp; qualitative). In charge of the price positioning (€ /$) and margins cross womenswear categories. Ensure alignment between creative vision and commercial needs. Define collection delivery drops, SKU plans and master orders. Support sales and marketing teams during showroom and go-to-market phases.
Creative amp; Style Direction
Lead the seasonal direction for womenswear in alignment with the brand DNA, Creative Direction and global strategy. Supervise the Style Office to ensure consistent aesthetic and innovation across all product categories while respecting style office creative process. Supervise the graphic team seasonal prints and artworks developments, in consistency and alignment with the seasonal direction and needs. Ensure strong brand identity through graphic elements across the collection. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Graphic Design team to define the seasonal themes, color palettes, prints, and silhouettes.
Product amp; Collection Development
Work with Product Development team to translate creative ideas into technically feasible garments matching collection plan and targets Ensure a balanced product offer across categories and price points. Drive Product launches according targets costs and quantities Ensuring the respect of development calendar to manage on-time delivery of the various collections and projects. Coordinate with the Production team to guarantee quality standards, sourcing amp; margins and production timelines.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within womenswear fashion (creative direction, merchandising, product development) Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams ( Style Office, Product Development, Merchandising, Production) End-to-end collection process management experience Strong strategic vision to define collection plans based on past performance, market trends, and business needs Ability to align creative vision with commercial objectives Fluency in English and Italian
