Everyone contributes. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB You will support the team to coordinate the digital development projects in terms of scope, work, delivery, always respecting time and budget.
You will repor to the Senior Manager and will progressively evolve in project management direction related to innovation and digital development project. In this role, you will: Schedule, track and assign tasks, priorities and activities to the other member of the team involved and to the suppliers, plus maintain a functional calendar and ensure appropriate documentation is created; Responsible for testing in back-end function release; Identify and maintain strict project control, documentation and archiving; Supporting in coordinating digital project across departments; Work on the process and suggest better way to work to achieve tangible benefits; Constantly monitor and debug existing website and functionalities and keep track of requests of continuous improvement; Propose and suggest best practice techniques for tracking and reporting risks, issues and status in website development projects; Support in organizing projects activities, defining projects timeline Support in ticket and service management with the main suppliers of the area What makes you, makes our team When you join Zegna, you join a team, working together to shape the future of our company.
For this role, we’re looking for someone with: 2/3 years experience in a similar role in IT/process consultant company or digital development Master’s Degree required in: Engineering ( Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis) or Business Administration with experience in IT/ Process consultant company Solid project management skills; Passion for emerging web technologies; Proven organizational skills and relentless attention to details; Be highly collaborative, able to connect and work well with others as large team; Be able to deal with precise scheduling and good in time management; Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter; Takes ownership of initiatives and consistently goes above and beyond expectations.
