Development & Quality Leader Engineer FlexNGate – Automotive field

Activities: 





• Ensuring product control, quality and development;


• Ensuring fluid communication between the various departments between the Italian production site and the European site;


• Mechanical development of the back door and trunk of the vehicle;


• Evaluating production processes, design new systems and processes for introducing new products or improving existing ones;


• Development production processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, and modifying;


• Preparing proposals and production estimates for products;


• Participating in improvement plans;


• Improving production efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.




Requirements:





• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;


• 3-5 years of experience on automotive sector;


• Experience on steering;


• Experience with automotive mechanical developments (such as seats, doors, trunk, interiors);


• Knowledge of mechanical design/manufacturing of plastic parts (tailgate and backlit grille parts or similar parts);


• Knowledge of CATIA (3D Model + 2D drawing), functional dimensioning, manufacturing standards;


• Knowledge Quality classical tools (8D, PDCA);


• Ability to make technical proposals and lead projects;


• Italian C1/C2;


• High knowledge of English language (B2);
