Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from databases, AP Is, and spreadsheets. Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and usability. Develop machine learning models (e. g. , regression, classification, clustering) to address business needs. Apply statistical techniques to validate results and ensure accuracy

Basic Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python/R to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
•
Reporting & Visualization: Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings to stakeholders
•
Collaboration: Work with senior analysts and departments (e. g. , Marketing, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
•
Documentation: Maintain clear records of data sources, methodologies, and results
•
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis
Our requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•
Relevant experience of ideally more than 2 years in matching roles
•
Strong foundation in statistical analysis, combined with expertise in machine learning techniques—including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning—and proficiency in data preprocessing and transformation
•
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
•
Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages
•
Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI)
•
Proficient Italian and English language skill mandatory
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
•
Skilled in conveying complex technical insights in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders
