We are currently recruiting a Data Management Intern – SAP

Location: Baranzate ( Milan) – On-site

Department: Operations / SAP Deployment



Responsibilities:



• Support the team in managing and maintaining SAP master data, including production cycles, structures, and bills of materials;

• Assist in data entry and verification activities critical to the company’ s transition to SAP;

• Perform basic calculations and data analysis (e. g. , deriving product weights) to support data accuracy;

• Collaborate closely with experienced team members;

• Contribute proactively to the team’ s activities, gradually taking ownership of tasks as confidence and skills grow.



Requirements:



• Diploma from a Technical Institute or currently pursuing technical or IT-related studies;

• Good command of Excel and general IT tools;

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or ERP systems is a plus;

• Familiarity with SAP is considered a strong asset.

• Sharp, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn;

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to work with numbers and extract meaning from data;

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.



Organizational Placement:



The intern will join the Operations team, supporting the SAP rollout and working under the supervision of key stakeholders involved in the transition. This role is essential in ensuring data accuracy and process reliability during a critical phase of system implementation.
