DATA ENTRY - OTTIMO INGLESE

Our client is a
major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical
supplies. In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to
search for a Data Entry.

Under the
guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is
responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.

Activities:


• Pick up
costumer incoming calls


• Customer
Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities


• Data entry
within a business management system


• Back office

Requirements:


• High school
diploma


• English:
advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written


• Previous
experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred


• The ability
to respond appropriately under pressure


• Sound
judgment and excellent problem-solving skills


• SAP
knowledge may be advantageous

The hiring will
be on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
