MAIN ACTIVITIES

Making financial and business analyses (e. g. portfolio characteristics,, industry analysis, market positioning, match prospects) to support the investment team in assessing opportunities
Preparing reports, presentations and information packages (also for the relation purposes)
Maintaining internal databases
Supporting the investment team in deal execution
Supporting the investment team in business planning and budgeting processes
Monitoring the performance of portfolio investments.

Competenze

Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from reputable business school or engineering school with 110/110
International - study and/or professional - experience(s)
From 6 months up to 2 years’ experience(s) in corporate finance and/or transaction services and/or investment banking and/or M&A boutiques and/or private equity (MANDATORY)
Excellent knowledge of Excel (e. g. business planning, DCF, comparable transactions) (MANDATORY)
Good knowledge of Power Point and Word
Strong organizational, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Remarkable communication attitude and sensitivity in maintaining business relationships
Fluent English (MANDATORY)
