• Technical/commercial project planning documentation of complex data center infrastructures in during presales and implementation phase of projects
• Knowing and understanding solutions, trends, developments and changes in the data center area, deriving and specifying the resulting customer requirements
• Successfully processing technical/commercial inquiries, RF Qs, RF Ps on an international basis
• Active support of local Operations, Supply Chain and Sales departments by preparing and providing technical information on the successful implementation of customer projects
• Support / supervision of installations at customer sites
• Sales support activities in the sales regions primarily in META, WEU, NEE, SEE
Tasks
• Sales and technical support
• Interface between Tecnosteel/ Itala and R&M sales organisations
• Tender/project management (technical / commercial)
• Implementation of customer projects with the respective sales organizations
Responsibilities
• Successful positioning of the M Arket segment data center in international project business
• Ensure follow-up business with key customers through excellent project management and customer relationships
• Ensuring long-term growth and success of the data center business
• Ensure long-term service orientation and the ability to develop customer-specific solutions
Competences
• Customer-oriented, sales & technical personality with the ability to understand technical customer requirements and knowledge to put together customer-specific solutions based on a basic portfolio
• Knowhow and relevant experience in customer/project management in B2B context
• Convincing performance, will and ability to successfully position and market data center solutions together with sales colleagues in the regions
• International sales support and travel activity approx. 20-30% share
• Ability to adapt to regional working methods, technical and commercial framework conditions and specific customer requirements
• Presentations / reports and technical-commercial leadership to customers, as well as to internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced handling of common IT systems (ERP, CRM, CAD) and MS Office tools
• Active and self-motivated, proactive way of working, assertiveness
• Social competence, team and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English. Other languages desirable
