With a view to strengthening one of the most prestigious companies with an international scope, present throughout Italy with several production facilities, is looking for a/an: Cyber Security Engineer The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of security solutions for our clients and will collaborate with other technical teams to ensure effective protection of data and resources.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions: Develop and implement security solutions to protect infrastructure, applications, and corporate data, ensuring that the adopted solutions comply with security standards and industry best practices, Implement access control and identity management solutions, ensuring that only authorized users can access corporate resources, Implement advanced monitoring systems to detect and promptly respond to security incidents, ensuring business continuity.
Requirements: Education: Preferably a degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
Seniority: Senior, Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical/IT Skills: Proven experience and expertise in the design and implementation of specific solutions in one or more of the following areas: Endpoint Security, Identity &, Access Management (I&, AM, Privileged Access Management, Multi- Factor Authentication, etc. ), Boundary Protection (NGFW, Secure Web Gateway, Secure Email Gateway, Web Application Firewall, NAC, etc. ), Vulnerability Management ( Vulnerability Assessment, Patch Management, Virtual Patching, etc. ), Data Security ( Database Security, DLP, etc. ), SIEM and SOAR.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (V Mware, Nutanix, etc. ), networking, and operating systems ( Windows and Linux) is required.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various business functions, vendors, and clients, Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
Language Skills: Native Italian speaker English proficiency (B2 level).
Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
