Responsibilities:
• Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
• Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
• Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
Requirements:
• Total availability for shifts 24h 7⁄ 7
• Part-time of 30 hours
• Good Knowledge of English and Italian (another language like Spanish or French will be a plus)
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus
• Team spirit
• Ideally based in Lombardy
Extra information:
• The role is fixed-term for 6 months
• This role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts
• Smart-working twice a week
