We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with 2 to 5 years of prior experience in digital marketing to provide temporary cover for a colleague maternity leave (maximum duration 12 months) . The purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day operations of digital marketing channels to drive qualified traffic to our website, drive footfall to stores, overall sales, new customer acquisition and brand awareness. Key channels involve SEO, paid search, paid social, display and affiliates.
This position will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator and will work closely with brand marketing, PR, organic social, site experience, CRM and omni-channel teams to ensure alignment in the overall business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the creation of a digital marketing plan and develop digital campaigns to target key business opportunities and address areas of need within the business.
Support day-to-day management of digital marketing performance and brand campaigns across all channels, including briefing, reporting, invoicing, etc. This includes monitoring and analysing the campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and internal data.
Produce weekly and monthly reports across business performance, channels and campaigns.
Support in the execution of member acquisition strategies (email & app customers) both online and in store to ensure seamless omni-channel customer journeys.
Work closely with brand marketing and PR teams to ensure alignment in local marketing strategy between e-commerce and stores.
Work closely with site experience, CRM, omni-channel and other related departments to ensure a smooth customer journey across all touchpoints and channels.
Collaborate with organic social and internal design teams to support the creation of high-quality content to be used in our digital campaigns.
Work closely with our European digital marketing agencies to support all digital activations and to ensure delivery of impactful campaigns. This includes managing budgets, objectives and delivering ROI.
Propose relevant content partners to grow brand awareness in the market and suggest opportunities to accelerate both the online and physical store business.
PROFILE
University degree required
2-5 years’ prior work experience in e-commerce digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion sector or in a digital agency working with e-commerce clients
Must have working knowledge in Google Analytics and MS Office, including a good command of Excel; Good use of Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok and Pinterest Ads managers; Knowledge of Google Looker Studio and Funnel IO also preferred.
Must have a broad understanding of the digital marketing landscape and tactics that drive KPI success; Clear interest in digital marketing channels, trends and innovations from both a brand and performance marketing point of view
Strong analytical skills, including a track record in leveraging data to generate insights to feed into marketing campaigns.
Perfectly fluent in both Italian and English (you will be working with teams all over Europe and Japan)
Ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
